Under Section 80 G of the Income tax Act of 1961, all contributions to PCVC qualify for tax exemption. The PCVC PAN is AAATI3066Q.

PVC is registered under Section 6 (1) (A) of the Foreign Contributions Regulation Act (FCRA) of 1976 to receive donations from individuals and organizations outside India.
